Yeah... but rote learning.... haizz... we are a product of it. I
think RP forum is just a great example. Rote learning should be
used as the last resort...
I don't think there's guidance in schools here, more of
spoon-feeding. Students here drown once they get out of secondary
schools, because that's called guidance. 
But well... 10 years of education is so deeply rooted... want to
change also hard. Unless we start guiding them from young, rather
than spoon-feeding. Still a long way to go..
