rainee SG has been ages since i been to gym... miss the feeling of running on the treadmill... usually how long can u be in the gym? as in run on the machine nonstop? how long can u stand it? but quite freaky i been losing weight even when i m not doing anything to it...past few days lost like 1kg...

rainee SG okie that's good. i take back what i said just now, at least now i dun need to waste time type out story but still, moral of lesson is give the goods only after ppl have paid, unless they are very very close to you.
