for me, 'secretary' means i kena arrowed to do all the nonsense
like take notes of meeting and circulate the agenda.. and all
that.. because some things they talk about are confidential or
secret.. so they need someone with security clearance to take the
notes of meeting...
i got volunteered by my bosses for this time only...
however, the past secretaries have left the organisation and no one
knows where the files are.. i'm staring with zero
