What Type of Books Do You Like?

well, not really reviews.. but hey.. i've been writing one for books i've read recently.. mostly, i've not been reading much recently

History books.. man i got a library of my own books in my hometown. This room full of books.. History from man marvels to war. Then i got Star Wars novels.. at elast.. 30 of them Embarassed

Then i like those books like Sun Tzu , Empire Building , those non-fiction books..

Then heh heh.. dont mind those Fantasy ones. not bad.. hell i got so many kinds man..

But i think History books got more.. cause so many edition man!

Only books i dun read is romance , mills n boons..he he he... n those nancy drew ones. Laughing

man think of it.. i hardly read nowadays!

Fiction: Sci-Fi, Travel, Lit. (Currently reading stuff by William Vollmann, Haruki Murakami, Timothy Zahn, Alfredo Vea)

Non-fiction: Politics, Warfare, Globalisation etc.. (mostly about things to do with school) occasionally read those biographies written by retired commanders.

but not much reading done these days.. Crying or Very sad

no real preferences..for fiction, almost any genre will do..except for romance maybe Laughing

for non-fiction..well, most things are alright i suppose

Some of the best i've read are 'Pet Semetery' and 'The Relic'

..... I prefer reading about real life story, those that came out triumphant despite against all odds. Especially through a serious illness or personal tragedy.

Social real life about different types of gangsters in different countries, like the yakuza, italian mafia, russian mobs or the various american streets' gangs

I read autobiography, from Mother Theresa to famous rock stars.

At times i read books on self improvement too.

Non-fiction since a rather young age… Made me felt weirdo back then in the library… Almost all students would go after the same type of books.. Only once in a blue moon then will see one who read non-fiction…?

Fantasy novels, especially Harry Potter. My favourite characters are Ginny Weasley, Ron Weasley and Remus Lupin. Very Happy
