just this evening, I was queueing for the bus (and was the first
in the queue at the interchange). when the queue got quite long,
one old lady came and stood right in front of me. I was rather
taken aback by that, but I didnt say anything. I mean, it's not
that big a deal right?
however, this sikh lady right behind me in the queue said very
loudly to her husband about how the old lady can just do that and
get away with it. and that she wonders if she was the who cut queue
would I also let her get away with it. I had this huge urge to roll
my eyes at her, but I refrained.
then, when the bus captain came and signalled for us to board, she
hastened her steps in order to overtake me and the old lady to
board first. and I was like what the hell?!?! what is she trying to
do?? that was just unbelievably childish can??
