StarPuppy SG i need more rest... jus that i was sick last week till now and the stupid school made me do NAFA all 6 excerises in one day -sit n reach -pull ups -standing broad jump -shutter run -2.4km (7 rounds) upon the 5th round..my ribcage was hurting like hell and after the run..my face was pale white and on verge of puking and the stupid teacher still asked me to mark time for everyone..i just walked off
