Top-up is a PayPal feature that allows you to transfer money
from your bank account to your PayPal account. It is an additional
way for you to pay for items securely using PayPal.
Important things to note:
- We are very sorry that this functionality is not
available at this stage. Online transfers from DBS, POSB and UOB
bank accounts are not supported at present.
You may either use an account from other banks or visit your
local DBS, POSB or UOB branch to request for a funds transfer to
your PayPal account.
I've waited like a few months liao, but this problem still
persists..
Anyone has the same problem or know when it's going to be
resolved :<
