Something I wrote down..

And there you are
softly in my orbit
and I could smell
the fresh scent of
warm showered hair.

Yours.

I fall to you
and you catch me
like a Yankee
ought to.

But will the inning
last?
Or are we just
in a dance
till the lights
appear
in our hearts?
