starblue SG u never know how you'll react until it happens to you. trust me, i tot i could just brush it off as mere childish wilfulness. but they can get too much. makes me realise why some teachers despise technical classes. it's a vicious cycle, really. dunno whether to feel sad, or hopeless.

the Bear SG i do.. i met obnoxious people every day at work for 2 1/4 years.. until my transfer this year... some people asked me why i never thought to become a teacher.. because of the way i handle obnoxious people.. i just scare them with the "hannibal lector" type of quiet aura of menace

the Bear SG i don't even put on a black face i just speak very softly, very slow, in an almost gentle voice.. but never breaking eye contact, looking at the person, with a smile which inspires terror in people i actually scared my junior office so much she was almost in tears.. and i wasn't even talking to her... i was reading the riot act to someone else
