do u have any idea of the extent of cascades in signalling pathways? o.O most of them will have nothing to do with LPS anyway and i will be wasting time searching from there.

you mean like...... take a iNOS gene and complex with LPS to do like a recombinant... thing. and then transfect it back to the mouse cell and hope that the cell's mechanisms will recognise the foreign gene and inducer?? o.O
