starblue SG hmmm... technically it doesnt have to be concentrated. it just needs to be slightly more than the amt that will function as a depressant,and the effects will change to something like a stimulant. but have to make sure its low enuff not to trigger the disinhibiting effects.. hmmm..... tough one. i think i'll just steer clear of it at any rate...
