c.botulinum is the most deadly bug of all. Thats why when
manufacturers produce the food, they use c.bot as a reference bact.
They cook the food to a temp of 121 degree which is refered to as a
botulinum cook. This is too ensure the inactivation or destruction
of c.bot spores.
