It's actually trick or treat. It's rather rare to have kids
running around dressed in cutesy costumes and going trick or
treating.
I used to do that when I was still a teenager in secondary school,
at a friend's condo where we knew a lot of ang moh's were living
and there were totally prepared with loads of sweets and goodies
for kids like us.
