rainee SG There was a report recently that the Web might be taking over TV for its popularity. Youth nowadays are reported to spend more time surfing the Web rather than spending it in front of TV. What do you say?
rainee SG I would say that the television programmes here can be a lil bit stupid at times... Like there seem to be an enormous amt of reality shows these days...I used to find them interesting but there are some that really show the bad sides of the human race that it makes me shudder to watch them...
coffeeortea SG i agree completely, unless its goin to the movies with family/friends, nothing beats activities with family and friends
rainee SG I rarely go to the movies anymore, my friends and I used to do that quite often but my schedule nowadays is so crazy that I seem to decline every offer to go that they had stopped asking me
rainee SG The TV in my room was shared, but now it has shifted to my roomie's side of the room, cos I just never watched it anymore
hisoka SG i watch tv and surk at the same time but then i nnot much interest in the tv cos of the mostly cannot make it shows
rainee SG x2 I used to do that, until the number of CMI shows increase, now I just focus solely on my laptop... But there are some pretty nice comedies la like Seinfeld, Everybody Loves Raymond, etc...but I stop watching them for fear of getting addicted
alexkusu SG I like the comedy SCRUBS.. but then many crappy ones like.. SAVAGES (Mel Gibson one) ..haih.. nowadays many ppl can simply put show on air.
seow SG Surf more la, mediacorp produces crap. The reason why i watch TV is because i have a small black box connected to it.
rainee SG is scrubs really nice? cos my frens here all used to be addicted to it... And what's up with the current addiction to Desperate Housewife?
alexkusu SG SCRUBS... err..science humour.. can say intellectual humour.. I also like My Wife n Kids. Desparate Housewife... just some females strippin n all that..i think. But I heard its a smash hit in USA. Last time popular show that people were addicted on was Queer Eye for Straight Guy
