i went to thailand for a holiday in july..
at one of the shopping centres.. we entered the lift to find a
small girl, in rather unkempt clothing staring up at us. she looked
barely 4. we walked in and she walked out. then, she turned around
and started crying. it started with a soft sob and then gradually
it grew louder.. we told her to come back into the lift cos we were
thinking of bringing her to the information booth or something. but
the moment we reached the ground level, she bolted out and ran
towards the road. luckily the security guard managed to catch up
with her and after my uncle explained to them wat happened, we left
the little girl, still sobbing.
we took the lift to the level we wanted to go to, only to find
another girl, who looks a little older than the first, and also
wearing rather tattered clothes, looking like she has just lost
something..
i dunno wat happened after that and i dunno if the two girls are
related but i felt so sad because wat if she never finds her sister
again? are they orphans? wat if they never find each other
again?
