This is quite a new drug... not prescribed here in Malaysia... We are using Acyclovir more commonly...

Anywayz... from my MIMS... it's 75 mg twice a day for 5 days for an adult with viral flu...

For prevention of flu (prophylaxis), it is slightly less, 75 mg once a day for 1 week...

All the meds are categorize into 3 classes...

Class A can only be released on demand by a specialist
Class B can only be released on demand by a medical officer
Class C for house officer or layman lor... hahaha... so what medication I can prescribe to you can be bought over the counter... Laughing Mr. Green
