With our hustle and bustle condition of our lives, a lot of ppl are becoming more irritable and frustrated over simple things... I see quite a lot of patients turning up for anger management classes, most of them are from top class executives or CEOs...

hmm...easily irritable and frustrated, sometimes yes...cos she gets angry at me very easily de, sometimes just need to do one lil mistake then she will flare up...I remember there was once I asked her to buy sth for me, then she dun wan but I continue to pester her...she flared up and tore my books Shocked

hmm...not sure about sleepless nights la, she is super paranoid la about me...sometimes mention things that I never do but she is convinced I am doing it (like the clubbing and taking drugs stuff)...she never spends excessively wor, in fact she can really save...and always refuse to let me buy stuff dat I dun need...

U only child.. good la.. coz u know whatever it is..they worry for u coz u are the only one. N they will do whatever it is to protect u and always fear teh worst. Times have changed.. drugs are rampant.. girls go missing.. u know the stuff.. if i am ur oarents u are my only princess...HELL YEAH I WILL FREAK OUT!

Most parents are like that, especially when you are the only child, they want you to be perfect in their eyes... coz if you don't no one else will... so since you are the only one available to carry on their names, they want to see you in a 'pure' manner, so a lil bit of wrong things you do, they will think of it as some bad things or bad groups of ppl you must have joined with to learn such things... hence the stuffs you do that they don't see, they will start thinking of the worse...

i feel that some of the lessons they teach are crazy..like drinking a cup of cold water to cool urself down..i mean,if a person can be in that heated state of mind, and being presented with the glass,what will be the first thought that comes to his/her mind? Laughing
