no doubt the application and interview for being a moderator is
generally not taken so seriously, this case is a different one.
Being the 4th moderator of the pioneer of this famous and unique
forums entitled "Starblue's Heaven", one has to outshine and prove
that he/she is worthy of being part of the moderating team. With
the careful thought process of the founder, she has scrutinized to
the very details and wishes to enhance the potential in the fellow
forumites in order to sift for the best candidate for being the 4th
moderator.
Therefore, having said so much, and believing that the questions as
deemed by other forumers, are useless and unnecessary, i believe
that Starblue, having the forumers that visit this forum's
interests at heart, wants the best for everyone that visits this
forum. In order to do so, the questions that she has laid down for
us, are bringing the team one step closer, to welcoming a new
member to share the joys of being a part of the moderating
community. I thus conclude that although there may be a tinge of
feelings that the questions may be a little too sensitive, it is
for the best of everyone, and thus, it cannot be considered as
being played around with.
