Overheard from an O/G specialist, concerning those medical ranks
who are able to transfer in and out of country to Spore, UK, US,
Canada and others lor, they are only allowed to give comments or
seminars / lectures / discussions / medical forums on latest issues
in Spore... But not allowed to work in Spore unless you graduate
from there...
Even though you appeal and get it, it is 1 in a million... the
health system in Spore is very high tech and advance in terms of
many different managements. Our country, Malaysia is far from even
reaching there yet, so its a difference in that...
