its very bad manners. that person ought to be scolded. On the
other hand, the lecturer is intentionally giving the idea that this
person can get away with this attitude and hopefully get bashed in
life by my terror individuals if he does it outside or in front of
more fierce lecturers.
Nowadays, most just ignore and let that idiot get wack by someone
more terror.
and also let others see what is kind of person will show disrespect
bad attitude.
in Thai, if sit with one leg up and shaking, he gets scolded really
bad and if not satisfy , he gets wack.
