ahh... long time never post my poems... i came across this ancient one that i wrote when i was in sec 3... here goes:

Death

By grandma's side you walked with her
Leading her onward for sure
Thru' the wilderness of Death
You went with her till her last breath

Torment you did give her
Despair she did suffer
Cruel pain clawed at her body
But God on high did see

Death, your nightmare snares
but God my grandma cares
She left with me crying
She left, victoriously

She finished her life's journey
She faced her end bravely
You did not win, Dear Death
Tis God who took her There

You wrote very well when you were 15 years old. At 15, I was still pre-occupied with puberty and had no time to think about such matters as death Razz . It was only when I was 17 that I started thinking about deathrather I started thinking about not living Confused . That was the most frightening period in my life. I wrote a poem recently and posted it in DPS, describing that feeling when I was 17. I will go look for it at DPS and post it here...

People, they come and they go
Out the door to the streets below
Every single one of them not stopping to smile
To at least bring me a little cheer for a while
I am alone again
Confused and in pain

Vicious this torment
Every journey in my life is but a long treacherous road with unforgiving bends
Right up here from my bedroom window
Strangle by the anguish I do not want to face another tomorrow
End it all now I must and rid myself of all these sorrow.
