rainee SG How true is this? So today was yet another bad day at work. I simply refused to work when my boss is in the office again. I was not supposed to work today but because one of my colleagues had to take leave, I told her I would work her 6 hours shift for her. So as usual my supervisor started finding fault with me the moment he walked in thru the door...he asked me who was working 4 days ago. I told him I would check the log-in book and to my surprise there wasn't an entry for that night. That means the person who was working did not fill it in, as we are all supposed to. So whose fault is it? Obviously that person's fault right? Well, my supervisor didn't think so. So he continued to ask me who it was working on that night and I told him I wouldn't be able to know since the book was not filled in...then he scolded me! Wtf He said it was my fault I couldn't remember who worked 4 days ago...hello? I am supposed to remember who works which shift? I don't think that is listed as one of my responsibilities. And instead of reprimanding me, he should have gone to call and ask that person instead. Wtf man. And then he started to interupt me while I was talking to one of the customers...he insisted I gave out the wrong info while I was very sure I said the right thing. Then he said I accused him of hearing problem. Another wtf man. I tried to reason with him but in the end I gave it up because he refused to accept that it was not my fault. so I just nodded and waited for him to go away. In the end, looking triumphant, he walked away from my desk to his office.
starblue SG haiz... your boss is only trying to make your life difficult... you can recall if you ever did anything to displease him?? he sounds like a person who bears that kinda grudges... you have my sympathies...
dragg SG your boss obviously has an attitude problem with a big M. is he the owner of the company or just an employee?
rainee SG Yea, I already mentioned in the other thread...about me refusing to take up a shift that he wanted me to take a few weeks back...but I have good reasons for rejecting his offer what, I told him I had classes during that time and it was very early in the morning...I was not obligated to do it...
rainee SG He is just an employee lor...the one who has more authority than him also nicer to me...but that one is always not in so leave everything under my supervisor's control...
dragg SG if you are not afraid of losing the job talk to him. if he refuses to reason talk to his boss.
rainee SG I am afraid of losing the job...it is not easy to find this kind of job now...*sigh* So I cant leave until I am guaranteed to have a new job...but I will keep a look out from now on...

meltz SG use those extremly sweet sweet voice to tia him ... this kind of boss sux ... nothing better to do so need someone to argue with him to brighten his day ... this kind of boss ... best avoid him when saw him and dont talk back to him ... juz keep quiet .. when nobody ans him back he will shut up
