Who is your representative in NTUC ? NTUC DO NOT insured rental cars for
driver below 22 yrs old or drivers with less than 2 years driving
experience. Their excess is fixed at $2000. Think you made a
mistake, better check your policy. With my many years experience in
the car rental market, I can confirm that NTUC has never insured
rental cars for P Plate drivers. I wonder how you come out with the
$3500 excess figure...
