If Korea unites it would cause a few problems, not like it's a
bad thing or that I don't want them to unite.
You know the 5 million man (estimated figure) strong army of
North Korea? One million plus active and four million plus in
reserve, how would South Korea incorporate or dismantle this
massive army especially when some 80% of North Korea is composed of
mountains and uplands, separated by deep and narrow valleys, with
all of the peninsula's mountains with elevations of 2000 meters or
more located in North Korea. If these soldiers rebelled, they will
wage guerrilla warfare. And considering that North Korea actively
brainwash her citizens and soldiers, it would be a very costly
fight for the united Korea government.
But if they unite peacefully, it would be an example for other
nations who face the same situation.
South Korea will lose big time if unify. North Korea has nothing
whereas S Korea's economy boomz!!!!
1 other thing. Whos gonna govern the country? Kim Jong Il or Lee
Myung Bak? Kim looks more fierce...
