I have signed a Facial Packages in Shenton Way almost $5000 and now I want back the refund, they are so pushy that I have no choice but signed it. When I called for cancellation they wanted to charge me 30% (bank, outsourcing fee, misc charges) but I checked with the Bank there is no charges for cancellation. When I informed her she reduced to 10% on outsourcing fees which I felt not fair to me. What is the percentage of winning the case ? Can we get back the full refund ?

anyway, u did succumb and signed
so u are bounded by a legal agreement
they are good enough to let u cancel and get off with a penalty

u can fight for all means, but think whether the effort and time is worth it

and take it as a lesson not to sign up for packages even though they 关门放狗
if u had had stronger determination, u would have been able to insist on a NO till the end

if signed contract, contract say refund how much is how much wor. so be careful signing these things!

but u let them swipe your card and u receive the invoice
so it's as good as u agreed

now they let u cancel but charge 10% is quite reasonable oredi
u can bring it to CASE and watever and drag it until the bank starts billing u the instalments.........
might end up paying more...

you bought something and then want to return and ask for refund? at least give people some adminstration or labour fees lah, so kiam one, haiz!! got money to sign up for facial, no money for 10% charges??? funny leh.
