LOL...what kinda chanting is that which involved da bei zuo,
Bible or Allah.FYI i used to have such experience several times and
ever since i accepted Christ things change.I even has the
experience to cast out evil spirits at time back when i was in the
NS time.Believe or not it's your choice.Science cannot proved
everything but we are all human with limit resources.
I used to believe I was attacked by spirits when I had sleep
paralysis. But after I understood the scientific reason behind it
(hallucinations are common during sleep paralysis), I was able to
control my thoughts when I encountered sleep paralysis again.
Same effect, different methods. I leave it to you to decide
which method makes more sense in this world.
