I am gonna make payment to an overseas retailer tomorrow through mail, but then I heard it is safer to use registered mail since I can track the mail's status. How much does registered mail cost? Anyone here knows?

Registered mail will do. it will cost 2dollar more than the normal postage. Anyway, this piece of info is like 2 years back when I was activate in ebay and yahoo auction in taiwan/hong kong and other countries.

EMS/speedmail is gonna cost a lot more.

Normal air mail will take around 7-14 days but ems/speedmail will only take around 3 -5days for delivery.

if u conceal ur cash well in something like a cardboard envelope with another outer envelope, or wrap in opaque paper, it should be fine.

Your $3.10 very big ar??? still want insurance,...registered mail meaning it will send to the recipent, but if anything goes wrong, it would sent back to your home address. It is treated with higher priorty than ordinary mail ya...DHL, UPS, federalexpress...

if it's a parcel and u paid for reg mail and it gets lost, there is compensation

I dont have control over my bank account since I am only teenager below 18. But I heard its possible to do bank transaction through certain banks. I actually tried to pay with cash to western union but they have a policy of being 18 years ol before you can pay money to people's accounts with cash. Weird rule.
