Cathy Tsui is indeed a Hong Kong actress. She moved with her
family from Australia to Hong Kong at an early age, and was
discovered by a scout to be a professional model for some time
before moving on to act in movies like "Time and Tide" alongside
Nicholas Tse.
Currently pursuing her postgraduate degree in the U.K., she is
taking a hiatus from the entertainment scene. That has not stopped
the paparazzi from hounding her though, because of her high-profile
relationship with the son of a Hong Kong property tycoon.
