u should use the IMG function rather than URL bcos its a picture that u
are trying to display (as denoted by the .jpg file at the end of
the URL that was provided by you).
u need to include in the full URL of that picture...ie including
the "http://follow by the directory/file location"
eg: http://img451.imageshack.us/img451/6435/closeupqt8.jpg
(highlight this sentence and click on IMG button) your picture will
thus be displayed.
