Anyone who works in the modelling industry or have heard about
this agency before ? I am quite curious as they approached me and
asked me to go for an interview. There are also alot of scams out
there and I wanna find out more before making a decision. Thanks

agency say you got talent and ask you sign a package they doll
you up and take photos for you then photo shop. they keep the
photos in their profiles doc and send to prominent clients for
review. say you selected you do a commercial ad foor them. don't
knwo about rates and payments but if you sign with the agency you
are with them for the contract period.
whatever it is they already earn marney from you on your
'makeover' package. they can select freely from the people they
have and usually only a few can be selected for any one assignment
at a time or for further jobs or assignments. heard form a friend
who signed that you still can turn down any assignment they may
have for you since they have a large pool of people / models in
their files or under contract.
that's why a lot of people do not want to go agency to take
photos of themselves and seek freelance people who can do it for
free. moreover the photoshop style very common always that effect
people see already also sian. point light source blown out at
forehead and ridges can tell already the photographer bad sense
with flash. don't listen to them what new custom style techniques.
