how come the forehead protector of the 2 ninjas jiraiya caught for questing has a line slashed across the logo of their village? i though only akatsuki members has that. Question

Normally those shinobi tht has their forehead protector slash as considered rogue/renegade ninjas..
Since the shinobi tht is capture are the opposing faction in the civil war..
it makes sense their forehead protector is slahed

so now we know that one of the giant statue (on the left) at the waterfall is Madara Uchiha aka tobi who is defeated by the 1st hokage.

if tobi is really indeed Madara Uchiha, he would have been over 100+ years old. Shocked

ok, so now it all makes sense. I have been reading bout this 4th's and being naruto's dad all along and the 4th purpose was to make naruto strong enough to defeat the true bad guy something the 4th couldn't do.

getting interesting now, with madara in the picture.
