From the anime, was Gaara's father the foruth Kazekage? His
father ordered to kill Gaara when he was young but
failed. In the Chunin competition, the Sand first ally with
Orochimaru and attacked Konohagakure. Was that foruth Kazekage when
he was killed by Orochimaru along the way? If so, I thought you
have to be very strong in order to get the title 'Kage'.
