Always read on the internet about serial rapists cum killer in overseas who never get caught by the police. Read alot of famous cases like the boston strangler etc who rape and kill many girls and until now haven't get caught yet.

It makes me wonder why is it that Singapore got no serial rapist and killer. Singapore at most only got serial molestor and all of them eventually get caught.

So sian. Must be singapore guys all damn stupid. Want to rape and molest also get caught.

kengkia SG

who say dun have...look at our highest paid ministers in the world...every serial rape the people and killed many of them also(jumping mrt track, commit suicide etc) and never get caught(brought to justice).

Put things this way... PR in Singapore is impt...

and since SG is known to have the "best" security in the world,

DO you think that SAF or any govt sector will release any words about unarrested serial killers/rapist?

What has SAF got to do with releasing news about unarrested serial killers/rapist?

This is the job of SPF not SAF.

Put things this way..if there are really serial rapists and killers in singapore who have not yet get caught, even if SPF try to cover the news, eventually the victim families will make a complaint to the media and the whole of singapore will get to know about it.

Moreover, if there are serial rapist and killer in singapore, SPF is obligated to inform the public so that they can take preventive measures like going out in a group etc

Singapore has a smaller population compared to other countries, so proportionately Singapore also has less sociopaths.

What about Adrian Lim?

The Toa Payoh ritual murders took place in Singapore in 1981.^[fn
1] On 25 January the body of a nine-year-old girl was found dumped next to the lift of a block of flats in the Toa Payoh district and, two weeks later, a ten-year-old boy was found dead nearby. The children had been killed as blood sacrifices to the Hindu goddess Kali.^[fn
2] The murders were masterminded by Adrian Lim, a self-styled medium, who had tricked scores of women into believing he had supernatural powers. His victims offered money and sexual services in exchange for cures, beauty, and good fortune. Two of the women became his loyal assistants; Tan Mui Choo married him, and Hoe Kah Hong became one of his "holy wives". When the police investigated a rape charge filed by one of Lim's targets, he became furious and decided to kill children to derail the investigations. On each occasion, Hoe lured a child to Lim's flat where he or she was drugged and killed by the trio. Lim also sexually assaulted the girl before her death. The trio were arrested after the police found a trail of blood that led to their flat.
