Ignis (Jingai Makyo) Figurine

Gordonator SG

nice shots. yes i agree that this orchid seed version lacks dynamism in the pose as compared to the max factory version which seems to be the favourite among collectors.

anyway i have won the same figure on yahoo auction today. but still wanting for the seller to contact me.

anyway Meia, how much did u get for this? Very Happy

Meia Gisborn SG

Thanks!

You're right about the MF version of Ignis being the choice of collectors. There are a ton of reviews of it on the net, but almost none for the OS version.

Congrats on winning the Yahoo auction! Do you mind my asking how much you paid for it? Please post some pictures of it when it arrives, yah? Very Happy

I paid a total of US$52.98 (inclusive of shipping) for the OS Ignis.

Gordonator SG

i won mine for S$75. Wink

collected the figure from the seller this afternoon. Very Happy

Beautiful!

Did you try the 'other' chestpiece to see if it fits properly? Mr. Green

Gordonator SG

i sure did. Embarassed

anyway although this orchid seed version is not so well recieved as compared to the MF version, i find that it is still a decent figure if not for its lack of a better pose. Mr. Green

I agree. For one, the hair colour of the OS Ignis is the most vibrant of the three. Did you notice the hair on the Alter version was almost purple?

Here's another shot of my OS Ignis figurine... with a slight variation! Very Happy

Gordonator SG

cool i like the additional cloth on the sword. Very Happy

so have u bought the MF version as well? Cool

Meia Gisborn SG

Ha ha. No, I substituted the katana with the one that came with the Maya Natsume (Tenjho Tenge) figurine.

Images of my MF Ignis are near the top of this page; images of the Alter version are on the previous page. Very Happy

Gordonator SG

i see. my internet is quite problematic nowadays. can't seems to view pictures properly these days. sorry i have forgotten u have already posted the MF shots. Embarassed

but i guess u are satisfied with 3 ignis figurines right? since the Mon-seur Bome version aren't that nice looking in my opinion. Wink

Meia Gisborn SG

For the time being, yah.

I do not think I shall be getting the Bome version as the facial features on it look... funny. The eyes, especially, look wrong, and the pose is not dynamic at all.

Saw your Saber figurine in the other thread... blardy hell, now you have me cruising eBay to see if I can get one at a decent price. You are a bad influence. Mr. Green

Gordonator SG

haha the saber figurine is very nice. in fact it recieved very good reviews as well. Mr. Green

but i think shots are lousy and doesn't do the figure justice. do check out better shots of the figure over at danny choo's website. Wink
