Hemlet on road

I know this sound a bit stuipd la...

But did anyone of you guys notice this few months, there a lotta of construction helmet laying on the road out of nowhere and it alway at the side of the road just touching the kerb...

Notice about a lot of times already le, some of the helmet had even been laying there for nearly 1/2 a year and nothing has been done about it...

Quite a few time, i have to faster serve away to avoid hitting the helmet

Nah, does not bother me at all. But i'm just thinking how come suddenly so many constuction helmet laying around on the road... today, i just drive to novena for a meal, then go to woodlands.. i saw at least 4 helmet laying on the road le..
