This can be implemented, but remember SMRT tried bumracks on the
C651s and the reaction was bochup at best.
OK, you wanna implement this. It can be done. Strip out ALL the
seats except the pairs at the corners of the coaches. In place of
the seven-seat benches, put either padded bumrests or just plain
horizontal bars plus moar vertical poles and moar grabrails.
So, we have special areas for uncle and auntie to sit down, lots
of cramming room for young, hardy you, me and everyone else.
But you all enjoy the bumrests, I'll go take a DD.
