what's the point?
he took the trains and the trains are still breaking down, there
are still delays and non-peak periods are packed like sardines
anyway nevermind peak periods...
I agree with you in thinking what's the point of this
exercise.
In the end, they will still adopt the grow at all costs model by
increasing the population every year.
It looks as though they are trying to figure out how the system
can take in more passengers than trying to alleviate the current
problems.
