Do you know how pack the train was at 2200h? There are people at certain stations were not able to get into the train, it was not easy to move from cabin to cabin.

If the train aircon breakdown, I can understand. However if they deliberate switch of the air-cond or set it at an unbearable temperature, then that's extortion.
