doesn't want to install STARIS on the C751A?
2. Another Q : Does 125/126 only serve the EWL?

1. STARIS is a system by SMRT. Since the C751As are under SBST,
it's their choice whether they want to use SMRT's STARIS on their
line. Maybe SBST feels that their VPIS provides enough
info.
2. Nope. Trains on the NSL, EWL and CGL are interchangable.
