Most likely the govt will retain abit of the tracks at Tanjong
Pagar. I think they need the tracks in the forest to be removed so
as new developments (e.g. resi and commercial) can be built.
Maybe they can get the tracks, resize them, and use it for the
Marina Bay extension.
