WR11--Jurong Town Hall(shell station,will not operate during service.

WR16--Kent Ridge Interchange
WR17--Queensway
WR18--Alexandra

Actually it would have terminated at Kent ridge.
WR2 is reserved for future use.

Due to Jurong Lake District project, we here in Jurong sees more people moving in here ( WE ARE GETTING CROWDED) . Last time not so crowded

Yes, how many? A 100 people? It still doesn't justify building a station in the middle of nowhere. It's as good as that station in China connected to a dirt road in the middle of a farm.

Anyway, I decided to split my idea of a WRL and a Holland Line, so this is my new plan for a WRL:

WR1 - Nanyang (In the NTU campus)
WR2 - Bahar (along Jurong West Street 25)
WR3 - Jurong West (Intersection of Jurong West Avenue 2 and Corporation Road)
WR4 - Corporation (Intersection of Boon Lay Way and Corporation Road, virtual interchange with Lakeside)
WR5 - Taman Jurong (Near Jurong Stadium, along Corporation Road)
WR6 - Jurong Port (Along Jalan Terusan)
WR7 - Teban (Intersection of West Coast Road and Teban Gardens Road)
WR8 - West Coast (Along West Coast Road, near the Japanese School)
WR9 - Mas Merah (Along West Coast Road, near Clementi Stadium)
WR10 - Folkestone (Along Dover Road, near Folkestone Road)
WR11 - Rochester (Along Dover Road, near ACS Independent)
WR12 - one-north - Interchange with CCL
WR13 - Tanglin Halt (Along Queensway, near Tanglin Halt estate)
WR14 - Queenstown - Interchange with EWL

There are.Just that our Lim Chu Kangs are all located at different places.Mine is nearer to Nanyang.Remember LCK is a huge place,and on ghost festival/new years etc there are lots of visitors.It is also located near factories/farms.

Train Fan, I think the WRL should be in Dark Blue. Because there's no any Primary colour blue in Singapore MRT System.

Anyway I think the North Western, Sungei Buroh and Lim Chu Kang.... I don't think LTA will build a Station.....

yeps. me too. If they got plan WRL. Very impossible they will built to to LCK, there's no much things there.Maybe in the next 50 years bah when all HDB BTO's will be going to be built there.

Or tell you what, Maybe LTA is hidding a MAJOR MRT extension line called Western Region Line but have not reveal to us yet. Because if they tell, our property prices in Jurong will Shoot up again.

Previously i said ERL, TSL,DTl,CCL benefits east. So maybe LTA is coming up with a very good plan for the west. So let's seat back and relax for the news of another line

There's supposed to be Northern Coastal Line & Jurong Regional Line. But it's shelved off leaving Thomson, ERL & DTL left.

They decided bus is better off than building JRL.

Tat's why I posted bef.. to add on, your kids never tasted how naggy was it to folk out $3bn back then for MRT.

your think so easy to dig grandfather's acct for MRT here and there.

$1bn for signal upgrade, dun forget e cost for DTL, ERL, Thomson Line + 22 trains + Tuas Extn + NEL/ Sengkang LRT procurement + more trains (on top of 22 in lieu of 100 sec)...

they're costly.

If SMRT does BOT w/ $60bn, SMRT will be crying... 30 yrs + interest to pay back man.

Yet non BOT, our MRT sv cmi compared to BOT Taipei MRT.
