hold on. it might be a publicity stunt that is similar to the
'singpost mailbox graffiti scandal', which turns out to be part of
its campaign organised by them!
SingPost did it on their postboxes as the postboxes are by them!
But these trains are not by them! It's by SMRT! So most preferably
some other campaign, again that SingPost (with permission, of
course) or some inconsiderate people who decided to vandalise (and
nobody knows how!).
Eh, I also dunno ok? I just stating out my opinions.
