So, most of the problematic trains are C151 and they are refurbished. Other trains not refurbished also not as problematic as C151.

QX179R SG

its not a train problem but rather an announcement problem..

was onboard 105/106 this afternoon @ approx 1230hrs heading for Kembangan when the announcement for the next station was cocked up; I boarded the train @ Simei and the next stn was supposed to be Tanah Merah but the announcement was "next stn, Joo Koon"

all the way until I reached Kembangan it was cocked up & hope by now the problem is solved..

14 C151s have flat wheel, trainsets 001-008 (constructed in 1986) and 219-226 have air-con problem

Will be introducing a new section called "Trains with ATC problem". Currently only 037/038 , 051/052 and 079/080 have this problem. ATC problem means when the train pulls in the station then it goes netural and it brakes hardly and then back to normal. All C651 and C751B trains don't have this problem yet.

smrt3099 SG

037/038 and 041/042 are no longer having any aircon problem

as for 233/234, today its on CGL, air con runs cooler this time round, if 233/234 were to run on elevated sections on both lines or even BSH stn, the aircon will be cui
