Okay, then can you tell me why TOs do not need to listen to drive a train?Then can you tell me why you must reply in such a nasty way?

1. C830 22 has fast scrolling texts.

2. At Serangoon, the Bartley platform RATIS showed that the train was arriving in 5 mins when there was a train at the platform.

2. When I ride on the NSL/EWL, also same thing mah. Wrong?

But when you ask some thing not as trivia such as underground track alignment, TO cabin, it is unlikely can get one lo. (Understand their difficulties, I doubt they have the right to give either).

I mean there are many things can ask for arrangement, such as some CC got heard of organizing a group marriage event in NEL lo. However, when it comes MRT interest group, they (The company as a whole, I dont refer to some exception individual staff) seemed not to give a care because they may just get bored after years of same things.

Of coz they wont and would never let us have a look in the TO cabin even with permission since they might suspect something else (you know what isit). Only when there is like an open house in bishan depot or smth, then they will let us go in lor..

Base on a train at platform still show some minutes is still wrong, EXCEPT in terminus station.

In terminus station, the mins showed is usually referred to how many more minutes before the train departs. (Go Harboufront, Punggol, Changi Airport, Pasir Ris or Joo Koon and try)

I just remembered, once the train leaves, the RATIS changes the minutes.

Today, 237/238 used maximum service brakes when approaching Bishan station, stopping there for 1 min, before entering Bishan station. "ding dong.... We apologize for the sudden braking caused by a technical fault. Train serivce will resume shortly" was played

1. Today, I took 349-350 on NSL, heading NB. The train started off from MRB, and it said that the next station was Bukit Batok.

Then, when travelling from RFP to CTH, there was no annoucement at all.

In addition, the next station was DBG, then the annoucement said that the next station was BBT. When it arrived at DBG, it said, "Bukit Batok"

To make matters worse, when leaving for Orchard, it said that the next station was Bukit Gombak, and at Orchard, it said that the train was at Bukit Gombak.

Things only got back to normal at SOM.

2. 349-350 also has loud air-con and a faulty bulb.

3. C830 28 has loud brakes.

235/236 operating a NSL~EWL through service at 3.45pm. Very unusual indeed. The following contains what exactly happened.

-Train is supposed terminate at Jurong East according to RATIS.
-Upon approaching Jurong East, TO announces the following; "Dear passengers, due to some changes to the schedule, this train will continue it's journey towards Pasir Ris. Passengers travelling towards the city or Pasir Ris, please do not alight. Passengers travelling towards Joo Koon, please change to another train at platform B."
-Train arrived at platform A, and started serving the EWL (EB) soon after.
-A train from UPD arrived in the middle platform, replacing the empty slot left by 235/236.

Also, due to a technical fault with the HHPSD at around 4.30pm, a train bound for Marina Bay has been delayed by about 5mins, with the train behind it delayed by about 2mins.
