Okay, then can you tell me why TOs do not need to listen to drive a train? Then can you tell me why you must reply in such a nasty way?

SMRT train services restored after 40mins disruption

SINGAPORE: Eastbound train services between Queenstown and Outram were disrupted for about 40 minutes Tuesday morning.

SMRT says they were disrupted at 11.35am due to an incident at Redhill station.

Services were restored at 12.17pm.

SMRT says it provided bus bridging services for the stranded passengers. - CNA/jy

this morning, 02.30am spotted the yellow maintenance train from home. It was near tanah merah station during track maintenance.

Ok, I see something there on the viaduct.

I have no idea what this fiasco was about, but all eastbound trains stopped at the Lakeside crossover and entered in CM.

Seriously people, can you stop rushing LTA and SMRT for those HHPSDs? You think very easy to install? HHPSDs take months to install you know?! MONTHS! At least they're installing them and not like "oh another suicide case nvm lets ignore it".

For 047/048 design, I think its done either UPD or CHD as these few days on EWL..

Just now at 6:30pm, 123/124 broke down at AMK, it had to use the Middle track then to put awhile before going back to BSD.. Causing alot of inconvenience at NB... 15 mins ago I saw it at MRB picking up ppl, and its YIS bound.. TRN 73

It could be permanent or maybe temporary. If it is 100% permanent they would had just sprayed for the whole train. Should be @ BSD.

047/048 seems to produce a higher pitch accelerating sound compared to others

If you think so easy install, go install yourself. If not why give deadline as 2012 not 2010. It takes a few months to install for 1 station =.=

Oh, was that an error on RATIS or a train fault etc?

Yesterday:

Was on 811 (002) and boarded it while the train was in CM mode. It seemed that they were training the CSO/TO, because there were a total of 3 staff, one control, one guiding the perons controlling and one more in the passenger area, who was exiting the train at every station to see if anybody was still boarding or alighting. It seemed that the whole line was in CM mode, but I am unable to confirm. The doors close earlier than the announcement as a result of the top. The driver keep on driving too fast such that in the middle of the tunnel almost FSB was used.
