Ten Mile Junction LRT to be closed for retrofitting
works
SINGAPORE: The Ten Mile Junction LRT Station will be temporarily
closed from Friday, due to retrofitting works at Ten Mile
Junction.
The train operator, SMRT, said with the closure of the station,
Bukit Panjang LRT Service C, which operates from Ten Mile Junction,
will be withdrawn until the end of 2011.
It said passengers may use existing bus services or take the LRT
to the next nearest station, which is a five-minute walk from Ten
Mile Junction.
Posters and notices will be put up to inform commuters of the
temporary closure.
