Ten Mile Junction LRT Station is always deserted everyday due to
Service C's one train fleet.
Not entirely true. It was on the middle of the junction road.
There are bus stop there as well. It was used to be 30 minutes per
train (Before Sheing Siong) and now 20 mins per train (Terminating
time like 10 minutes reduced to 2 ~ 3 mins?).
The problem with TMJ is:
1: Lack of anchor tenants. Who is the one can attract people
before Sheing Siong? U think Shop N Save can? No, and the others
are even smaller ones. There is a shopping centre called Bukit
Panjang Plaza which took the crowd too.
2: After Shing Shiong, the livery is at least brighten up. But
not enough. Because apparently it is over dependent on one
hypermart. Well, that brings crowd solely for Shing Shiong. The
other tenants are still covered in the sea. So people come when
they need to do grocery shopping and essentially nothing else.
The real problem is the mall is too small when compared to Bukit
Panjang Plaza, partially is depot concern, that failed to have a
variety of high quality tentants who set up shops that are
profittable and brings crowd in.
