Jurong East to Woodlands - NSL
Jurong East (Boon Lay) to Woodlands via LCK? - No demand, esp. a
large sector of it on cemetry / unurbanzied area and possibly go
through Sungei Buloh, natural preserved area = no development will
occured there for environmentalists
Woodlands to Tampines - NSL + North Shore Line + EWL (NSL:
Woodlands - Sembawang, North Shore Line: Sembawang - Pasir Ris,
EWL: Pasir Ris - Tampines)
Tampines - Marina Bay - DTL + ERL (+NSL??, depend on ERL
alignment) ONLY if DTL extends from Expo down to interchange with
ERL at presumely Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal or so. I speculate this
will happen along long term plans after the damn golf club near
Expo move out.
Marina Bay - Jurong East - CCL + EWL after the sector between
Harbourfront to Marina Bay has built and formed a loop, which will
happen over a long term plan
Of course, I agree there should be a line build that
interchanges Kent Ridge, that comes from Kampong Bharu - Bukit
Merah (Depot Road) / Radin Mas, towards West Coast (Clementi West
St X / West Coast Plaza), Pandan / Teban Gardens, Taman Jurong,
Tuas South with a Jurong Region LRT that links from Teban to Jurong
East)
I got to say if there is such thing built as Diamond Line ,
Singapore will be busy with commuters
