Anyone can explain to me what is Uncoupling Non-Driving Motor
car and De-Icing Trailer cars? xD Thanks!
To my own knowledge:
Uncoupling
Non-Driving
Motor
Uncoupling - uncouples into 2 parts here (Like the
middle 2 cars on the NS/EWLs.
Non-driving - not equipped with a driving cab.
Motor - cars on which there are motors installed
De-icing Trailer
De-icing - fitted with either equipment such as tanks
and applicators, which applies a solution similar to anti-freeze to
(usually) the current collection rail/s. Some types may allow the
equipment to be removed and any connections covered, and returned
to normal passenger service.
Trailer - cars on which there are no motors installed.
