How does the Chinese annonuce in Clarke Quay Station? In the end is "ke la ma tou" or "ke la ma" When I heard was "ke la ma".The "tou" is quite soft.

Maybe the person pressed record when she was confirming what she was going to say.

I agree that "Gul" could be a weird name (I don't think any monosyllabic word would make a good station name), but it fits the area. And a station along an expressway or near Tuas Circle? I don't think so...

EDIT: And I really wish there wasn't a Pioneer station already, so it could be freed up for a station along Pioneer Road.

+1 But Pioneer is one of the Jurong West Residents and somemore between Boon Lay and Pioneer the length too short 1min.... Why don't they build Light Rail Transit Line?

CHY announce: This train service terminates at Joo Koon?? Weird.

The fact is, they copy and paste the "Joo Koon?" from "Passengers who are continuing their journey towards Joo Koon, please procced to platform B." This automatically creates a tone which sounds like a question.
